Marcello Malpighi had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He became famous as a world-class biologist and university teacher. However, the Italian physician was specially known for his unique fashion sense and his livable character. Before his tragic death at the age of 66 he was repeatedly talked about in magazines and tabloids because of his marvelous haircuts.
